It makes me feel special. It makes me realize the uniqueness of the beauty of the world around me. The Earth. Human evolution. Human empathy.
Hold on. With that many star systems, chances are, there are other life forms out there. Maybe even sentient life-forms. So shouldn't it make us feel less special?

Cegelis did not run in the primary. Morgenthaler was opposed by Stan Jagla, a retired Polish truck driver from Roselle who did not have much support.
Morganthaler is similar to Duckworth as far as I can see. The thing is, I don't think that a true progressive can win in the 6th, so I am supportive of conservative Dem candidates like Duckworth and Morganthaler.

Yet, the forces behind his rise are NOT grassroots-black-American in origin; they are elite-white-liberal-academic in origin.
I could understand this concern if black people weern't voting for Obama, but they are. Therefore, they are giving his message a vote of confidence.
